Full-Service Planning Package 

Our Full-Service Planner Package offers couples a full comprehensive and stress-free wedding planning experience from start to finish. This is for the couple who needs someone by their side to help plan and execute every aspect of their big day. With meticulous attention to detail and unwavering support, we'll be with you every step of the way, allowing you to enjoy a flawless, unforgettable wedding day, minus the headaches! 

Custom Planning Package

Needing a more customized package? This offering is perfect for those who already have some of the details in place but need help in specific areas of the planning as well as event management or day of coordination on the big day. We'll get on a call to discuss where you currently stand, lay out a timeline, and customize a package and price based on your specific needs. 

 

Event Management Package

This package is perfect for those who already have their vision in place, a potential venue booked, and most of their vendors secured. Based on your needs we'll step in a few months before your event date to get an understanding of all the details, provide recommendations, take over vendor communication and finalize any last-minute logistics. We'll handle all of the coordination on the day of your event and be there to ensure flawless execution.

Where do I start?

Our logistics coordination starts as soon as you hire us, whether you’re 5 months or 2 years away from your event. We'll kick things off with a consultation call to talk about your vision, plus you’ll get access right away to our professional spreadsheets and checklists to help guide you along the way. No need to google and sort through all the noise, we'll provide custom items just for you!

Where are you located?

Events by Marykate is a wedding and events planner in the Greater Tampa Bay, Florida area. We service multiple areas including Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Odessa, Trinity and more. 

What makes you different from other wedding planners?

This is one of the single most important days of your life, and we believe in creating an experience throughout your wedding planning journey. We are honored to be chosen by you to help execute your special day and we'll find unique ways to make your wedding special as well as give you expert advice. We have budget, production and even crafting expertise to help you do everything from outlining a realistic budget, orchestrating that showstopper entrance moment, to making custom unique wedding favors your guests will actually use. 

Can I reach out with questions?

Yes, you can reach out via email anytime with questions! Depending on when you book, we'll have monthly check ins where we’ll meet to discuss all of the details and assess what still needs to be done. We'll assist in the final weeks to take the stress off of you, including confirming with each of your vendors and developing a comprehensive timeline for the big day.

Budget Management: You don't need to fret over the looming concept of how to put together a proper budget, we'll help you create and manage a realistic budget, providing guidance on cost-saving strategies, and prioritizing expenses, to ensure you stay on track financially without compromising on quality or vision.

Timeline Development and Coordination: We'll create a detailed timeline and schedule for every aspect of your wedding day, from ceremony rehearsals to vendor arrivals and reception festivities. We oversee all logistical details, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

Creative Design Details: We can help bring your wedding vision to life, from concept development and theme selection to website, invitation and RSVP management. With our background in musical theatre and A/V, we can bring to life those special moments you've only ever dreamed of, without spending a fortune.

On-Site Management: On the day of your wedding, our team is onsite to oversee every detail, manage vendors, and ensure everything runs seamlessly. From setup to teardown, we handle all logistics, allowing you to relax, be fully present, and cherish every moment with your loved ones.
